现任X美术馆馆长，民盟北京市委创新发展委员会委员，北京798艺术区艺术委员会委员、广州美术学院新美术馆学研究中心特聘研究员和政府与企业文化项目顾问。毕业于中央美术学院艺术学理论专业，博士研究生学历。尤洋关注城市和消费文化的发展与融合，乐于探索各文化领域间的协作研究项目、公共艺术项目和政府合作项目，出版过逾百篇专题文章、刊物专栏和出版物文章。
He is currently the director of X Art Museum, a member of the Innovation and Development Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League, a member of the Beijing 798 Art District Art Committee, a distinguished researcher at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts New Museum Studies Research Center, and a consultant for government and corporate cultural projects. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a doctorate in art theory. You Yang is concerned about the development and integration of urban and consumer culture, and is happy to explore collaborative research projects, public art projects, and government cooperation projects in various cultural fields. He has published more than 100 special articles, columns, and publications.
