1995年生于北京，2013-2017年在中央美术学院油画系学习，获学士学位。2016-2017年在苏黎世艺术学院新媒体专业交流学习。2017-2020年在中央美术学院第四工作室学习，获硕士学位。2020-2022年在芝加哥艺术学院学习，获Painting and Drawing MFA。
王鑫炎于近年回溯史前文明中原始的符号、图腾与仪式，思辨艺术家如何在当代文明与科技发展下，剥离外界认知所强行赋予的评判标准，单纯以呈现的作品绘画性去鉴赏作品本身。她所构思、呈现于画布的内容，是剥离具体的外部环境下迸发的灵感的集合，这些灵感最终汇集在她感兴趣事物、喜欢的元素及向往的生活方式，如潜意识折射般恰逢其时的视觉化呈现。

Born in Beijing in 1995, he studied at the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts from 2013 to 2017 and received a bachelor's degree. From 2016 to 2017, he studied at the New Media Major at the Zurich Academy of Arts. From 2017 to 2020, he studied at the Fourth Studio of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and obtained a master's degree. Studying at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2020 to 2022, receiving an MFA in Painting and Drawing.
In recent years, Wang Xinyan has been looking back at the original symbols, totems and rituals of prehistoric civilizations, and pondering how artists, under the development of contemporary civilization and technology, can strip away the judgment standards imposed by external perceptions and appreciate the works themselves purely based on the painterly nature of the works presented. The content she conceived and presented on the canvas is a collection of inspiration that broke out from the specific external environment. These inspirations were finally gathered into her interests, favorite elements and the lifestyle she longed for. They were just at the right time like subconscious refraction. visual presentation.
Wang Xinyan's creations are based on his personal exploration of the artistry of painting. He expresses his passion for life through brushstrokes that resemble primitive style and natural scenery, which are warm and gorgeous yet full and heavy.
