1962年出⽣于中国江⻄吉安， 1989年毕业于江⻄景德镇陶瓷学院美术系雕塑专业（现景德镇陶瓷⼤学美术学院雕塑系），1989年⾄2004年在昆明云南艺术学院美术学院雕塑系任教；2004年起⾄今在上海⼤学美术学院雕塑系任教，艺术家现⽣活、⼯作于中国上海。
Born in Ji'an, Jiangxi, China in 1962, graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Fine Arts Department of Jingdezhen Ceramics University in Jiangxi in 1989 (now the Sculpture Department of the Jingdezhen Ceramics University College of Fine Arts). From 1989 to 2004, he taught in the Sculpture Department of the Fine Arts College of Yunnan University of the Arts in Kunming. ; Since 2004, he has been teaching in the Sculpture Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University. The artist currently lives and works in Shanghai, China.
