马可鲁 Ma Kelu ( b.1954 )

1954年出⽣于上海，后迁居北京。作为1970年代中国当代艺术团体“⽆名画会”的成员之⼀，⻢可鲁⼀直致⼒实践“艺术回归本体”的理念，旨在令其艺术创作达⾄完全⾃由的原则。他参加了 1974年的地下艺术展和 1979年⽆名画会的公开展，80年代初开始成为北京抽象艺术实验⼩组的⼀员。其早期的⻛景作品超出了⼀般性的写⽣意义，其实践本身具有着鲜明的艺术主张、研究意识和⼯作⽅法。他曾早年移居纽约并在斯古海根绘画雕塑学校就读。直⾄ 2006年，⻢可鲁回到家乡，以更开阔的视延续他的抽象主义⻛格。

Born in 1954 in Shanghai and later relocated to Beijing. As a member of the 1970s Chinese contemporary art group No Name, Make Lu has consistently pursued the idea of ‘Art Returning to its Essence,’ aiming for complete artistic freedom. He participated in the underground art exhibition in 1974 and The No Name painting group public exhibition in 1979, becoming a member of the Beijing Abstract Art Experimental Group in the early 1980s. His early landscape works transcended mere representational purposes, embodying distinct artistic principles, research consciousness, and working methods. He previously lived in New York and studied at the School of Visual Arts. In 2006, Make Lu returned to Beijing, continuing his abstract style with a broader perspective.
