1963年生于中国昆明。1989年毕业于中央美术学院油画系，现工作、生活于北京。90年代中晚期中国观念主义绘画运动中的代表性画家之一。
Born in Kunming, China in 1963. Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1989, now works and lives in Beijing. One of the representative painters in the Chinese conceptual painting movement in the mid-to-late 1990s.
