1982年生于台湾新竹，毕业于国立台北艺术大学美术创作研究所油画组，现工作、生活于台湾。范扬宗是一位敏感而又细腻的艺术家，他擅以胶带在画面中排布锐利的边线，精巧布局的画面结构与绘画痕迹，画面当中所呈现的偶然与必然似乎都早在他的预设当中。
Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan in 1982, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts at the National Taipei University of the Arts and currently works and lives in Taiwan. Fan Yangzong is a sensitive and delicate artist who is good at using tape to arrange sharp edges in the painting, and the ingenious layout of the painting structure and painting traces. The accidental and inevitable things presented in the painting seem to have been pre-set by him.
