中国近现代著名的戏曲人物画大师，也是中国画坛融合中西艺术风格的重要代表之一。关良以生动的笔触、夸张的造型和浓厚的戏曲意韵著称，将传统戏曲艺术的神韵与现代艺术表现手法结合，创造出独具特色的画风。出生于广东番禺，毕业于川端画学校师从日本画家藤岛武二，后转入太平洋画会（现太平洋美术会），师从中村不折。他的绘画可以分为油画、水彩、素描和水墨画两大部分 。前者题材多样，后者则以描绘京剧人物而闻名。他的作品用笔极简，质朴平易，极富笔趣。
中国书画部再得关良家属倾情支持，呈现“良公自珍”作品专题，以油画《东德市镇》《郊外》领衔，关良的油画兼具中国传统绘画的写意精神和西方现代主义的表现手法。他的作品受立体主义、表现主义影响较深，但并未完全摒弃传统的东方艺术特质。他的油画注重意境表达，通过大胆的构图、鲜明的色彩和极具表现力的笔触，创造出介于具象与抽象之间的视觉效果。涵盖戏剧人物、新时代风貌及花卉等多种题材。

Guan Liang is known for his vivid brushstrokes, exaggerated shapes and strong opera charm. He combines the charm of traditional opera art with modern art expression techniques to create a unique painting style. Born in Panyu, Guangdong, he graduated from Kawabata Painting School and studied under Japanese painter Fujishima Takeji. Later, he transferred to the Pacific Painting Society (now Pacific Art Society) and studied under Nakamura Fusetsu. His paintings can be divided into two parts: oil painting, watercolor, sketch and ink painting. The former has a variety of themes, while the latter is famous for depicting Peking Opera characters. His works are extremely simple, plain and easy to use, and full of interest.
