Born in 2000 in Metro Manila, Philippines, she uses oil painting to capture microscopic perspectives of Manila’s urban landscape. From tiny whirlpools in a glass to reflections in a muddy roadside puddle after rain, she skillfully uses light, shadow and reflection to change the viewer's perception and show the fluidity of water. Partosa recently held her first solo exhibition at the Drawing Room in Manila (2024). In 2022, she was selected for the New York Academy of Art’s summer undergraduate residency program. Partosa currently lives and works in Manila, Philippines.
