Born in 1996, a painter who currently living and working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She received her Masters of Research in Fine Arts from the Royal College of Art and her BA in Digital Culture from Kings College London. Ahmad vehicles painting and a range of media to narrate how memory, place and landscape can converge in a written and visual practice. Through the use of motifs, she directs her paintings towards the linguistic to steer narration from within. Recent and upcoming exhibitions include;From Our Paths, Gallery BAWA, Kuwait City, Kuwait; RCA Research Biennale, London, UK;DIG, San Mei Gallery, London, UK;Make It Public: Memory Collective, Design Museum, London, UK;Tracing the Placid, Hafez, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; and her U.S. debut, solo exhibition at Kohn Gallery, Los Angeles, CA.
