1994 年生于山东烟台，毕业于日本武藏野美术大学油画系。现工作生活于日本东京。
金海生近年的创作延续了他常年在互联网、文化身份和现实地理等边界间游移下的思考。一方面投身异质、游牧、他趣；另一方面也同时割裂、怀疑、敏感。客观或主观的选择间金海生用自身的经验构建了一个语言秩序—由母体分离、海岸线、丛林、野兽、怪物…组成。他通过这些线索搭建编织了一个悲剧样貌的透镜。
Born in Yantai, Shandong in 1994, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Musashino Art University in Japan. Currently works and lives in Tokyo, Japan.
Jin Haisheng's recent creations continue his long-term thinking on the boundaries between the Internet, cultural identity and real geography. On the one hand, he is devoted to heterogeneity, nomadism, and other interests; on the other hand, he is also divided, suspicious, and sensitive. Between objective or subjective choices, Jin Haisheng uses his own experience to construct a language order—composed of separation from the mother, coastline, jungle, beasts, monsters... He uses these clues to build and weave a lens with a tragic appearance.
