1972年生于徐州，1995年毕业于南京艺术学院版画系。1998-1999年文旅部派遣专家赴非洲厄立特里亚工作。2002年起工作于江苏省美术馆。
现为江苏省美术馆副馆长、江苏版画院院长、水印版画材料与技术研究文化和旅游部重点实验室副主任、一级美术师，中国美术家协会版画艺委会委员、国家艺术基金评委库成员、江苏艺术基金评委库成员、全国艺术科学规划项目专家库成员。
Born in Xuzhou in 1972, graduated from the Printmaking Department of Nanjing University of the Arts in 1995. From 1998 to 1999, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism sent experts to work in Eritrea, Africa. Since 2002, he has worked in Jiangsu Art Museum.
He is currently the deputy director of Jiangsu Art Museum, the president of Jiangsu Printmaking Institute, the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Watermark Printmaking Materials and Technology Research of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a first-class artist, a member of the Printmaking Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the National Art Fund Jury Pool, a member of the Jiangsu Art Fund Jury Pool, and a member of the National Art Science Planning Project Expert Pool.
