中国青年雕塑家，MUST 美术学硕士。中国城市雕塑家协会会员，江苏省美术家协会会员，江苏省雕塑家协会会员，江苏省青年艺术家协会会员，江苏省青年美术家协会会员，常州市雕塑家协会理事，常州市青年美术家协会理事。
出生于江苏省常州市，其父冷天明（中国雕塑艺术家）师从中国雕塑界泰斗艺术大家钱绍武先生（原中央美院雕塑系系主任及中国国家画院雕塑院院长）。
2013年起跟随父亲冷天明学习雕塑，逐步成长为具有强烈个人风格的新一代青年艺术家。
2018年由中央委员会社会联络部共青团选拔新兴领域青年并授予全国第一期“青社学堂”优秀证书。

Born in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, his father Leng Tianming (a Chinese sculpture artist) studied under Mr. Qian Shaowu (former director of the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the dean of the Sculpture Academy of the China National Academy of Painting) under the tutelage of Mr. Qian Shaowu, a leading artist in the Chinese sculpture industry.
