1991年生于中国甘肃南部。2011年至2015年就读于中国传媒大学，主修戏剧影视美术设计专业，获学士学位。2015年至2018年就读于中央美术学院，主修图像与符号语言专业获硕士学位。
她近期的创作从切身的细微体验开始，是一种肢体驱动的直觉描述。童年在山区的记忆长久地影响着她的创作，来自自身与大自然的一切细枝末节，在齐乐的画作中反复排演，它们是身体的内部、突然走神的时空缝隙。
Born in southern Gansu, China in 1991. From 2011 to 2015, he studied at Communication University of China, majoring in Theater and Film Art Design, and received a bachelor's degree. From 2015 to 2018, he studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Image and Symbolic Language, and received a master's degree.
Her recent creations start from personal and subtle experiences, which are an intuitive description driven by the body. The memories of her childhood in the mountains have long influenced her creations. All the details from herself and nature are repeatedly rehearsed in Qi Le's paintings. They are the internal space and time gaps of the body and sudden distraction.
