冉凯近期的新作品延续了“看海”系列当中交织线条与平面图像的多重叠压,互为交融,从而形成“不确定性”画面的个人方法。随机形成,并列形状和令人迷失的空间。 现实的多重性也是这个阶段延伸的内容,个体经验中的多重历史,多重偶像,多重身份,在当下的交织。综合了神话,文学,历史及当下现实的多重参考。将画面 图像分层。其中包括对女性形象的演绎,遥远神话的征用,自我现实的追忆。同时拒绝清晰的叙事意图,走向复杂而难以琢磨的心理暗示,让画面中每一个单重“身份”变成一个迷,也变成不可信任的经验。这也是将具体指向性形 象变得抽象隐喻的经验,让每一层叙述都在涌现和消失当中。“临时性”表达在这批作品当中变得有效。不确定的涂抹,犹豫,否定,半透明性的遮 盖,原主体的隐匿,最后所呈现的画面都在原先预料之外,作品的形式和结果具备了不确定的临性。正如作品名当中的描述,部分作品名似乎在提示观众找到作品的主体,但或 许也是一种“引诱”,真正的主体可能被不可思议地压抑。与此同时,这种被生成 的矛盾也在暗示着图像形式和叙述的多孔与泄露。

"Temporary" expression becomes effective in this batch of works. Uncertain smearing, hesitation, negation, translucent covering, concealment of the original subject, and the final picture are all unexpected, and the form and result of the work have an uncertain presence. As described in the title of the work, part of the title seems to prompt the audience to find the subject of the work, but it may also be a "temptation" and the real subject may be incredibly suppressed. At the same time, this generated contradiction also implies the porousness and leakage of image form and narrative.
