李钢将艺术创作视为情感储存及精神容器的建造，试图在⽇常事物⾃⾝的语⾔中寻找与艺术语⾔的互涉，以解析传译事物发展中的本源信息及其⾃我表达，并将其转化为得以保存情感与精神的特别之物。李钢通过对材料上的直觉，强调出了事物⾃⾝物质性的内在精神及张⼒，构建出作品形式与内容之间的平衡，以此来探索艺术与感知的界域。李钢的⼯作实践可以概括为是⼀种以“物质精神“的理念，来讨论艺术在⼈的⽣存情感中所产⽣的物觉过程。
Born in Yunnan, China in 1986, lives and works in Beijing, China.
Li Gang regards artistic creation as the storage of emotions and the construction of spiritual containers, trying to find the interdependence with the language of art in the language of daily things, in order to analyze and interpret the original information in the development of things and their self-expression. And transform it into something special that preserves emotions and spirit. Through his intuition about materials, Li Gang emphasizes the inner spirit and tension of the materiality of things and constructs a balance between the form and content of his works, thereby exploring the realm of art and perception. Li Gang's work practice can be summarized as a concept of "material spirit" to discuss the physical process of art in people's emotional existence.
