1968年出生于蒙古国西乌尔特。1996年毕业于蒙古国立文化艺术大学，1987年毕业于乌兰巴托美术学院，目前生活和工作在蒙古国乌兰巴托市。
最初的创作以绘画为主，后来逐渐发展到立体艺术。在作品中，“马”既是主题又是艺术传达的语言。他善于用不同的色彩和形式，让个人或群体身份、灵性、冥思、环境、地点等诸多的思考产生交集。他的作品因此像是压缩了的宏大场景，或是超越了自身的咒语。
Born in 1968, Baruun-Urt, Mongolia. He graduated Mongolian State University of Culture and Arts in 1996, Fine Arts College in 1987, and currently works and lives in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
His career started as a painter, but along the way his works expanded into three dimensions. Bayar has been working close to the subject of ‘horse' throughout his career, and made it his communicative language in his works. Through the colors and forms of his subject matter, his works intertwine with notions of identities that are collective or individual, spirituality and meditative states of a mind, situation, or a place. In that sense his works are like abbreviations of bigger scenarios, like a mantra representing something bigger than itself.
