朝鲜一级画家，1967年生于朝鲜；1982年9月-1990年6月23日 朝鲜平壤美术绘画部油画系毕业；1990年6月24日-1992年6月 朝鲜平壤美术大学研究生院；1992年7月-1997年1月16日 朝鲜平壤美术大学油画团艺术家；2012年2月-2018年4月 朝鲜文化省民艺商社文化省美术订购制作团艺术家；2018年4月-今 朝鲜沸流江海外技术协助社艺术家；油画《我们的经理》1989年7月第13届世界青年学生庆典国家美术展览会；油画《统一之花》1990年6月平壤美术大学毕业季获奖作品；油画《太阳的怀抱》入选2002年4月朝鲜国家美术展览会；油画《新坪的秋天》入选2006年7月全国美术技术展并获两项全能奖；2012年至-2019年 参加中国国内的各种朝鲜油画的艺术展览、学术交流及艺术沙龙会30余次；2019年其油画作品参加了东北亚国家油画展，并获得东北亚五国当代艺术家们的称赞及认可。
