桑拿大可本名孙大可，1992年出生于高雄，2013年中国科技大学视觉传达设计系毕业，曾从事插画、设计等工作，现为专职创作者。「桑拿大可」这个艺名的灵感，来自护照的姓名英文翻译「Sun Take」，他将「Sun」谐音为「桑」，「Take」翻译成「拿」，再加上本名就成了「桑拿大可」，期待自己的画作也能如「桑拿」一般，予人在繁杂的日常生活里，产生舒压、放松的感受。
Sangna Take’s real name is Sun Dake. He was born in Kaohsiung in 1992. He graduated from the Visual Communication Design Department of the University of Science and Technology of China in 2013. He has worked in illustration, design, etc., and is now a full-time creator. The inspiration for the stage name “桑拿大可” comes from the English translation of the name on the passport, "Sun Take". He homophonically pronounced "Sun" as “桑” and "Take" as “拿”. Adding his real name to it became “桑拿大可”. He hopes that his paintings can be like a “桑拿”, giving people a feeling of stress relief and relaxation in the complicated daily life.
