1994年出生于浙江；2017年毕业于四川美术学院，获学士学位；2021年毕业于四川美院获硕士学位。
沈沐阳在绘画的技术、素养和观念研究方面都具备坚实的基础和丰富的思考，注重绘画的本体研究和视觉拓变。他的作品中带有一种视觉投射机制，人物或真实历史物件的张力被限制在一些细微的动态中，并没有过于夸张地释放，用“近似某物”图像激活观者内心的本位图腾，是对层见迭出机械复制的揶揄和再创造。

Shen Muyang has a solid foundation and rich thinking in the techniques, literacy and conceptual research of painting, and pays attention to the ontological research and visual development of painting.
