生于1978年，2006年进修于中央美术学院油画系，现工作生活于上海。
张小危的创作通过对图像素材的凝视和反复进行绘画性的重建练习，在过程中获得有意味的画面构成和叙事角度，而每一件作品都是凝视和重建过程中的片段之一。人与人之间暧昧和对抗的关系是艺术家经常关注和表达的主题。
Born in 1978, he studied in the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2006. He currently works and lives in Shanghai.
Zhang Xiaowei's creation is through gazing at image materials and repeatedly practicing painterly reconstruction, and in the process he obtains meaningful picture composition and narrative perspective, and each work is one of the fragments in the process of gazing and reconstruction. The ambiguous and confrontational relationship between people is a theme that artists often focus on and express.
