胡龙祥的美学创作扎根于视觉体验和物质文化的动态演绎，推进以材质转换，叠层叙事以及维度调节为导向的新民俗文化研究。胡龙祥的研究项目对民俗有关的个体物质选择的删减和异化间进行拓展，即在多义材料与文化遗产的交融背景下，物质记忆和伦理如何作为一种象征化的收集系统，对小共同体的民俗观进行信息处理和意义创造。通过一张桌布，或是一张窗帘去捕捉物质装潢中流动的规则，规范和加密的文明暗语，去侧写民间生存及其审美自治的斗争痕迹。

Hu Longxiang's aesthetic creation is rooted in the dynamic interpretation of visual experience and material culture, and promotes the research of new folk culture guided by material transformation, layered narrative and dimensional adjustment.
